Refund and Cancellation
No refund will be excepted if you have participated in the gameplay and it has not fallen under our Exceptions. All exceptional refunds will be done within 5-7 working days back to the payment source.
- If a room won’t get full with its total capacity, then the joining amount will get refunded to the customer’s wallet.
- If a match will get abandoned or shortened by any reason (DLS, Bad light, Weather Conditions, etc.) then the current ongoing spell and the impacted spell will get canceled and the amount will get refunded in the wallet.
- In case of any dispute between the customer and Tricket management, the final decision will be taken by the Tricket management team.
