Return and Refund

No refund will be excepted if you have participated in the game-play and it does not fall under the purview of our Exceptions.  We will try to get it refund within 5-7 Business days back to the payment source.

Exceptions

If a room won’t get full with its total capacity, then the initial joining amount will get refunded to the customer wallet.

1. If a match will get disrupted or shortened because of any reason (DLS, Bad light, Weather Condition, etc.) then the current ongoing spell and the impacted spell will automatically get cancelled and the amount will get refunded in the wallet.
2. In case of any dispute between the customer and the Company, then the last and final decision will be taken by the concerned authority of the Company.
